As a newly-wed couple, we decided to take the next step and buy our first home. A friend recommended using Team Jane Hayes, and we could sense from our first meeting with Kim and Jane that they were genuinely enthusiastic about helping us find our first home. We began our search in January of 2007, and after a while it seemed we just could not find the right home for us. Throughout the whole process, Kim and Jane were so patient and encouraging. Whenever we would begin to feel discouraged, they reminded us to take our time. We felt that they really cared about us and wanted to see us make the very best decision. Jane could always tell when we needed a little extra nurturing and always had the perfect words to say to us. We soon gave her the nickname “Mamma Jane.” In the spring of 2007, we decided to put our search on hold for a year. We began looking again in March of 2008 and found the perfect house in no time at all! We are so thankful for Team Jane Hayes, their support and encouragement throughout the searching and buying process, and their commitment to us in helping us find the perfect home.
