Pringle Family
I have been lucky enough to have Kim and her family with me through 3 real estate projects – my first house in Louisville when I moved here 6 years ago, when I sold that house 3 years later and when I returned to Louisville with my growing family in 2007. I cannot sing their praises enough – talk about painless!!
When I bought my first house, Kim patiently showed me around Louisville until when, late on the 2nd day, we found THE house. When I sold that house, the whole family got involved. Kim and Jane showed the house. Brad ran 2 open houses and BOOM – the house quickly sold. Steve ran interference and was exceptional in getting the inspections and repairs done quickly and properly.
When my young family moved back to Louisville last year, Kim showed us around again – once again showing exceptional patience when we couldn’t decide which house we liked more. Once we finally made the decision, the whole family got involved again. What a great group of people!! Jane held my child while Kelly and I signed closing papers.
I couldn’t ask for a more professional and truly caring group of people. Not only are they my realtors, I am happy to call them my friends.
