We were in to see the property in under 12 hours after listing and made an offer that day. Steve then stepped in and immediately made recommendations on inspectors (and we got the best inspector) and afterwards we had a deep comfort level with the property that we were about to purchase. We closed in under 30 days and moved into our new home and LOVE IT!
