“We moved to Louisville from out of state in August 2016. With our first child arriving in 4 months, we felt a huge weight to purchase a house quickly so we could prepare to become a family of three. We received several recommendations for Jane and Steve, and met with them shortly after. Within minutes of meeting them, we knew they were the realtors for us!
Being new to Louisville and not having family here, we really felt that Jane and Steve took us under their wing. We never felt pressure to buy, and they were so supportive during the whole process. They seemed to be able to show us properties at a moment’s notice, and were patient as we waited for the right house to hit the market.
Jane helped us visualize how our house would become home, and even pointed out little things about houses that we hadn’t thought of as first-time parents! Steve was incredibly knowledgeable when we had questions about systems or construction estimates on a given property. They made a great team, and we felt confident when it was time to make an offer on a home.
We can’t recommend Jane and Steve highly enough! We felt like they were our biggest cheerleaders during a pivotal and stressful period.
