My wife and I chose Jane and Steve because of their experience and reputation. Several of our friends had worked with them in the past, and when we were ready to buy our first house we knew we needed help! They showed us several houses, and as we walked through each one, Steve was so helpful in educating us about the various aspects of each home. He was always prepared and his advice helped us avoid buying a few homes that could have been real headaches in the future. Jane was always so energetic and fun to be around, and she knows the Louisville market like the back of her hand. We found the perfect house within our budget, and we absolutely love our new home! We felt so well taken care of throughout the entire process, and would recommend Jane and Steve to anyone!
